Page two of this thread has raised my cpu usage to 60 to 70%....an increase of around 50%

Not sure which image is causing the issue...but if I found it I'd remove the image and/or comment.

Let's be a bit more careful with the excesses of gifs, etc.

OK...after removing the sparkling texts and overlapping ones...and a few gifs this is still just below 50%...around 40.

If you wish to use coloured texts...use the site'a options, not offsite linking to others....

Oh, and it's not about inferior computers....mine isn't all that bad....

I think a 4400+ dual core, 2Gb PC4200, 2x7600GT Sli gaming rig should be able to display a web page thankyou.

It does seem odd though that the AMD chip seems to have this problem
RoseNell has similar chip and N Vid card

I'm running older Intel chip 835D and use less than half the CPU usage
with lessor Ati Vid card , but 2 gigs ram ,,, ummmmmm

P4P800E Deluxe....3.0G P4 800FSB....2GIG [4x512] DDR3200/400 Dual, 256meg 9600XT ....and there is a serious typing lag just adding this comment.
